Refund policy

Ring Decision provides digital advisory services and digital guides. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.

Ring Verdict ($175)
- Before you upload your quotes: cancel anytime for a full refund.
- Clear answer or full refund: if the quotes you send don't give us enough to make a clear recommendation, we'll tell you honestly and refund 100% of your payment. You don't need to ask.
- 48-hour delivery promise: if your Verdict isn't delivered within 48 hours of our receiving your complete quotes, you can request a full refund, and you'll still receive your Verdict.
- After delivery: you have 7 days from delivery to request a refund if your Verdict did not answer your question. Tell us what was missing and we'll review your request in good faith.
Outside these cases, a delivered Verdict is not refundable, because the service has already been provided.

Ring Verdict 1-on-1 ($1,000)
- Before your two weeks begin: full refund.
- Once your two weeks have begun: the program is non-refundable. If we are unable to provide the service, we'll refund the unused portion in proportion to the remaining days.

Digital guides (such as the Ring Visit Handbook)
Because guides are delivered as instant downloads, sales are final. If your file doesn't open or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a working copy or refund you.

Founding clients program
Founding client Verdicts are free, so no refund applies.

How refunds work
Email help@ringdecision.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually solve it faster.
